Having an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business as well as both Masters and Doctoral degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Dr. Allentoff brings a metrics-driven approach to his consulting areas. In addition to his academic background, he has enjoyed a career in corporate Human Resources spanning 16 years in companies such as Westinghouse,Ward Machinery, Sylvan/Thomson Prometric and Blackboard.
Howard also possesses several years of consulting experiences with companies ranging from Fortune 40 to small family-owned shops, from mediaware to manufacturing as well as unionized and non-unionized environments.
